The Nissan Primera HP10 Autech is a rare, performance-focused version of the first-generation Primera, developed by Nissan’s specialist division Autech Japan. Built around the SR20DE 2.0-litre naturally aspirated engine, Autech heavily reworked the motor with higher-compression internals, aggressive camshafts, improved breathing and ECU tuning to produce around 180 PS—a significant increase over the standard Primera GT. It also received a 5-speed manual gearbox, sports suspension, upgraded brakes and unique exterior/interior details, making it one of the most interesting and sought-after JDM Performance vehicles of the 1990s.
